This forum consists of several sub forums. Among these are three sub forums designed primarily for dissemination of information, general discussion and Management. The Sub forums for Management are accessible by the Property Management team, those working on special projects and the Board of Directors as appropriate.

Information
This forum is designed for information that is static that is accessible to all users such as gate codes, other specific information, rules of conduct for the forums and in person/virtual meetings, contact info etc.
Only the Property Management team of members of the Board of Directors may post new topics to this sub forum. Topics posted here will generally be locked so as to avoid clutter. In some cases an informational thread here may contain a link to another sub forum/thread for discussion.
Owners Information & Notices
This forum is designed for information that is targeted to owners specifically and will only be viewable by those assigned to the 'Owners' group.
Only the Property Management team of members of the Board of Directors may post new topics to this sub forum. However, topics to this sub forum will generally not be locked and posting replies will be possible.
General Notices
This forum is designed to disseminate general information on a day to day basis of minor issues or things relevant to both owners and residents of the community. This might include works being conducted, events etc.

General Usage/Discussion Sub Forums
All users of the forum may start new topics in these sub forums however that we ask that you please make an effort when starting topics to do so in the appropriate category.
The forums for general use are as follows:
Feedback - Used for owners and residents to start new topics to provide direct feedback to the board in an open discussion format. Other users may comment.
Projects & Works - Used for owners and residents to start new topics to provide direct feedback to the board specifically about ongoing works, or potential proposed works or projects in an open discussion format. Other users may comment.
General Discussion - Used for owners and residents to start topics for general discussion on any matter that they wish, general discussion, to socialize etc.
Please note, a topic started in the wrong sub forum may be moved to the appropriate forum by an admin/moderator. Topics of a similar nature may also be merged at the discretion of moderators.
Generally speaking, as much latitude as is reasonably possible will be given during open discussion however topics or individual posts deemed to be inappropriate may be moderated as per the rules.
Using the forum / Engagement
There are two ways to use the forum, they are:
- Browser based (with email notifications)
- App Based on mobile devices (with push notifications)
Browser Method
The browser based method is the most simple and requires no installation of apps or other software. Using this method users can browse the desktop and mobile friendly versions in a browser.
This method allows the user to receive notifications via email.
Users will be notified when
-There is a new reply in a topic they may have created, or a reply to a comment they have made in a thread
-There is a new topic posted in a forum that the subscribe to notifications for
-There is a new reply in a thread that they did not start but that they are subscribed to.
To subscribe/unsubscribe to a sub-forum when browsing the forum via browser: To subscribe/unsubscribe to a topic when browsing the forum via browser: Note, you are automatically subscribed to topics you create. Likewise you are automatically notified if someone uses the reply feature to reply to a comment you have made in a thread.
TapaTalk App / Push notifications
The App / push notification service is provided via a 3rd party service commonly used by internet forums called TapaTalk. The tapatalk app allows you to use and receive notifications from any internet forum to which you subscribe that supports TapaTalk, for persons that frequent internet discussion forums this app is a great aggregator and presents the forum in a more mobile friendly manner.
